Acceptance of Terms of Use and Amendments


Each time you use or cause access to this web site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and as amended from time to time with or without notice to you. In addition, if you are using a particular service on or through this web site, you will be subject to any rules or guidelines applicable to those services and they shall be incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. Please see our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. 



Our Service


Our web site and services provided to you on and through our web site on an "AS IS" basis.You agree that the owners of this web site exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this web site and its services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently. We shall have no responsibilty or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.


Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations
In order to use this web site, you must register on our site, agree to provide truthful information when requested. When registering, you explicitly agree to our Terms of Use and as may be modified by us from time to time and available here.



We may ship to limited international destinations


We try to ship everywhere in the world. However, some local and international post offices refuse certain shipments. Please check with your local post office for any importing/duty fees you may pay when receiving a package from us. If you refuse a shipment due to duty fees you do not want to pay and your package gets returned to us, you will not be reimbursed for shipping fees. In addition, we may restrict shipments to any freight forwarding company who may hold, forward, or deliver mail to any address outside the China.


Holiday/Expedited Order Processing and Shipping


Due to the nature of our order processing and amount of orders, we do require a minimum of 48 hours to process your order. Your order will not go out the same day you order it. For example, if you pick overnight, 2-day, or 3-day, that does not always mean it will ship that day. It will ship with an overnight method, AFTER we have processed and gathered your order. We try to process all orders as first-in-first-out, but we do try to process the expedited shipping orders first. Also, due to the holiday season, if we have an item out of stock, we reserve the right to adjust your order and issue a refund and ship your order AS-IS. We would like you to get the rest of your order as fast as possible. Any items removed from your order will be refunded and your shipping price may also be adjusted.


Product Information


We make every effort to display accurate information. We at Cigsure go to great lengths to display the most accurate information about goods and services we offer. Please note that all pictures are for illustrative purposes only and actual items may differ. Please be advised that due to particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of colors of products offered throughout the site.


This also applies to all written information including descriptions, pricing and availability. These can change without notice and may not be updated immediately. We will not be responsible for any damages or loss from incorrect information. We also reserve the right to cancel any order with incorrect information or pricing. In no way are we required to offer anything at any previously displayed price or offer.


Automatic Newsletter E-mail Enrollment


If you are a new customer, agreeing to shipping terms and conditions automatically enrolls you into our electronic e-mail newsletter mailing list. After receiving your first e-mail from us, you may un-subscribe by clicking the "un-subscribe" link at the bottom of the e-mail you receive. This will remove your e-mail from our mailing list and you should no longer receive news or promotion e-mails.


Item Availability


We do our best to keep all of our items in stock, but remember we do have different shops online. Sometimes an item will be available in this website, but may be purchased in one of or other sales portals before we get a chance to put it in your shipment. We may cancel the item(s) from your order and you will not be charged, without prior notice given. We might also offer you a different size/style or substitute for a similar item of our choice and at our discretion. To maximize visibility and speed, we may offer items while we are waiting for them to arrive from the production. Sometimes we got backorder. If we determine the item(s) will never produced or made later, we may cancel the item from your order and you will not be charged for it. We may also do a partial shipment (see Order Shipping Information below). If you really want the item and you don’t mind waiting, we will ship it to you when it is produced. We also reserve the right to cancel any order with incorrect availability.


Shipping Methods Available


We ship all our orders via EMS, DHL,Fexdex and by Air or Sea (FOB Shenzhen). A valid street address is required for delivery. If you are a military personal and are experiencing issues validating your address during the shipping process, please contact us to place your order over the phone. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates and time as this is determined by the shipping carrier, date, holidays, weekends, package size, delivery address location, weather, and unforeseen events. All shipping and delivery dates are estimated, but we try our best to provide you with the most accurate estimation possible.


Order Shipping Information


Most orders are shipped complete, which may affect the shipping date. We try to keep shipping costs down, so we wait until everything is available, box it all up and ship it all together. Other orders may partially ship if we are waiting for an item to arrive from production. A partial shipment may occur , for example, if you order 10 items, but we only have 8 items in stock. We will ship the 8 items right away, and ship the other separately when it arrives from the production lines.


Most orders are processed and shipped within Two to Five business days

Occasionally, we need to obtain items from other locations to fill an order. Unfortunately, this may delay the order's shipment (please see 'Item Availability" and "Order Shipping Information"). Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays or weekends. If you need your items by a certain date, please take this into account and determine when you need to order ahead of time. Obviously, we will ship your package when we have everything in hand, unless otherwise notified.


Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes


Unfortunately, we can't offer expedited shipping for these orders.


Some items may not be shipped to APO/FPO addresses

This restriction applies to hazardous materials (mainly nicotine or batteries) and oversized and/or heavy items. Feel free to contact us for more information.


All shipping requires a signature


Your carrier will deliver the package(s) only if someone at the delivery address signs for the package. If nobody is  available (or willing) to sign, the package(s) will be held at the carrier center and another delivery attempt will be made. You can also arrange to pick it up from them. After a few tries, they'll send the package(s) back to us. In this case, the carrier still charges us for attempting the delivery. This also means we will not return shipping costs to you, due to you not being available to sign for the package when you requested it. If the package is returned to us, and you want to have it shipped to you again, we will need to charge you additional shipping to cover the second shipment.


Tracking information


As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you should receive and e-mail containing shipment and tracking information. You may also log on to your account and view your order information from there. Most contain a tracking number along with a link in which you can track its process. Sometime, you may be provided with a tracking #, but when you track it does not contain any information. This may happen when we box your package and print the shipping label for it, but the shipping carrier has not picked it up yet. This mainly happens on Fridays for example. Our delivery trucks might pick up at 5pm, but we will get your order packaged and labeled, but the next delivery pickup will not be until the next business day, which would be Monday. So you order tracking info might not contain anything for 3 days.


Returns & Exchanges


It’s our goal to be sure you’re satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with item(s) received from us we would be more than happy to issue a STORE CREDIT or exchange any merchandise within 30 days from purchase date. Provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition and have not been worn or used in any way. If applicable please leave all merchandise tags attached. We may refuse a return, offer store credit or offer a refund minus a 15% administration charge and/or restocking fee. All sales are final and will not accept returns for some closeout/sale merchandise, special ordered items, OEM and e-Liquids. All returns are up to a manager’s discretion.


If you received a defected item(s) or an inaccurate order


Please contact our Customer Service department. Do not send any items prior to making any arrangements with our customer service department. We need to provide you with a RMA Return # and make notes in our system to be expecting your package. If we determine that we have indeed made a mistake or have sent you a defective item, you may be eligible for a pre-paid shipping label so we can conduct an exchange for the item(s). If you do not contact us prior to sending something back, we may refuse the shipment and/or refuse the exchange/return to you.



We may ask for additional verification


In some rare occasions, especially if you are shipping to an address different than your billing address, we may ask you to scan and email or fax a copy of your driver’s license/ID card. Some circumstances may require us to verify the name or address on your ID matches the name of the credit card. If you cannot provide these, we reserve the right to cancel your order.



Indemnification


You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Cigsure harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, cost and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of our sites. We may cancel any order or deny any refund or reimbursement at our own discretion.
